Here's Eric flying high in a game last weekend. I promise this photo is not "doctored". It's courtesy of our team Dad, Doug Smith. Believe it or not, there were no injuries from this move either.
Recently, Liverpool Futbol Club U-18's came across the pond and held a training night for Eric's team. Eric was thrilled to be called "Crouchie" (Peter Crouch) by one of the players. Later that night we got online to look at pics of Crouch and read about him, only to find that he indeed could pass for an adult version of Eric! Not only is he tall like Eric will likely be, but when he was younger, he shared the same jersey number that Eric has had his entire career - #24! Here's a photo of Crouch:

Awesome picture Eric!!!! I always love seeing you in action, it is just amazing to me... mark my words, the scouts are going to be fighting over you some day. Keep it up. Love you, Aunt Gina
This is all amazing stuff, Lisa. Who knows where it might all lead someday? Congrats=)
High kick!
Great form Eric! Great photo Lisa!
Too funny that he looks like Peter Crouch, too. We host British soccer coaches every summer for camp and they always come up with good stuff like that.
What in the world was your boy doing in that picture other than kicking the other kid? LOL. That is some vertical jump on him!!!! I wish I would have got a picture of the kid who jumped like that and kicked my son in the stomach (while my boy was keeper) ... it was a doozie!
WOW, What an athlete! Super pic too, Mom.
Hmmmm... not too sure what one of the the earlier posters was trying to say with that comment. It is obvious she doesn't know Eric and his caring nature. He would never intentionally kick someone, well except maybe his brother! LOL!!!
Feel free to delete this comment if you think it will cause you any grief... Love Aunt Ethel
