Tour of Homes

WELCOME HOME!

Let's take a tour of homes! It would be ALMOST like a visit in person! I'll start it off, after all, this can't be as bad as showing my hairstyles over the years. Maybe we will get decorating ideas from each other, or it may inspire some of us to clean house. (that would be me)

This is our front stoop. We've owned this home for a year now. It's a 2 story traditional colonial with a basement. It was built in 1975 and we are the 3rd owners. We purchased our home from a dear friend, who raised his daughter here and moved away from town to enjoy his golden years. Well, he's not THAT old, really.

If you want to participate, you don't have to do every room, it's up to you. Just leave a comment on this post when you have your photo up. This time let's do Front of house/door. Be careful not to give away details about your street, etc. for safety reasons.

Come on In!

Also Lisa, that is a sweet story about buying your home from a friend who raised his daughter there. I love the history of it! We bought our house from my mom so it has a lot of memories too.

That's right, I had forgotten that. I can't remember if I've ever been to your house. We always just went to Grandma's.

Lisa, I promise I will do this if the dang wind will stop blowing long enough for me to sweep all the tumbleweeds and crud away from the front door! West Texas-grrrrr!
